NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PNK Group is considering the sale of a portfolio of modern industrial properties totaling approximately 7 million square feet, with a potential value of approximately $1 billion. The portfolio comprises 12 buildings.

More than 75% of the portfolio's total area is already under long-term leases with highly rated blue-chip tenants and is available for acquisition now. The remaining portion of the portfolio will become available to investors once its rental income has stabilized.

The portfolio includes buildings constructed using PNK Group's proprietary solutions, including insulated three-layer reinforced concrete wall panels and 8-inch reinforced concrete floor slabs designed for heavy loads. The properties have long-term roof warranties of up to 30 years, depending on the building. One of the key advantages of the portfolio is the versatility of the buildings: they can be used as warehouses and distribution centers or for manufacturing operations without the need for substantial reconstruction.

PNK Group has retained JLL as the exclusive advisor for the sale. JLL will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, conducting negotiations, and supporting the transaction process.
